The Website is owned and operated by Sandy Sports. Your access to the website is subject to the agreement to suits these terms and conditions.
By accessing and/or using the website, You indicate Your acceptance of those terms and conditions. If you are doing not accept these terms and conditions, you want to stop using the website immediately.
Sandy Sports may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and can publish such amended terms and conditions on the website. Your continued use of the website after such amendment will constitute acceptance of the amended terms and conditions by You.

OUR PRODUCTS

Ordering

Sandy Sports retains the legal and beneficial ownership of all goods until the account is fully paid and satisfied.
You must make sure that all information provided to us is true and accurate. it's your responsibility to see your order, design, and names before approving the order.
Our aim is for a 3-4 week turnaround from the date you place your order. We aren't liable for delays beyond our control.
We require a 50% deposit together with your order and the remaining 50% must be paid before shipping.
Our minimum order quantity:
Boxing and martial arts gear is 20 units
Garment minimum is 20 units of anybody sort of fabric and includes any two colors or printing two sizes for screen-printing and embroidered garments. for instance, you'll get one six inches print at the front and 12 inches at back for screen printing. Or six inches of Embroidery on the front of an embroidered garment.
Extra printing and embroidery will incur extra charges.
Sublimated garments can get unlimited sizes and unlimited printing.

Prices

All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
Where specifications, drawings, or other particulars are provided by you, our price is predicated upon estimates of quantities required. If any adjustment in quantities is required, the worth stated in any Quote is adjusted on the unit rate basis as stated within the Quote. If the Quote is older than 30 days at such price as we shall reasonably determine having reference to the standard price at that point .

Design

We encourage you to supply all of your design information as early as possible.
All logos/artwork should be provided in PDF, AI, CDR, DOCS, or JPEG files.
Artwork and styles must be in High Resolution. Additional costs are going to be charged to switch.
Unique/personal numbers, names, or initials are included within the cost of your garment.
Names/words must be supplied exactly how you would like them displayed on the garment or gear. This includes all spelling, upper/lowercase letters, symbols, etc.

Freight and Delivery

The cost of freight is charged to the customer unless otherwise agreed, or your order meets free delivery requirements
International orders will incur a freight charge counting on location. Contact us to urge a sign of cost at info@sandysportswear.com

Shortages and Order Issues

For shortages, errors or damaged goods head office must be notified within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
